If you have a computer where you workout use our handy SetCounter to track your workout prgress. The built in timer will even count down the seconds while you rest and alert you when its time to start the next set.

Instructions:
1. Adjust the rest time between sets and total number of sets, and click Update.
2. Click the center button to begin.
3. When 'GO' is displayed begin your set.
4. When finished click the 'GO' button and wait for the rest countdown to finish...repeat.
